Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the reliability and availability of electrical assets, which are essential for maintaining the continuous operation of process units.

Role Summary

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all electrical maintenance activities, focusing on both preventive and breakdown maintenance. The role involves leading a team of technicians and ensuring that all work adheres to established safety procedures and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the electrical maintenance technician team.
• Ensure compliance with the established preventive maintenance plan.
• Efficiently and effectively manage breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within the designated area, applying best and safe maintenance practices.
• Coordinate with the area supervisor for the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plans.
• Control and submit regular progress reports to the respective Area Maintenance supervisor.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs for various types of electrical equipment, including generators, transformers, and motors.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer's recommendations, and contract terms.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern region. The role requires active participation in onsite maintenance and coordination activities.
