Fishing Operation Coordinator

About the Role

SRG is seeking a Fishing Operation Coordinator to manage all aspects of well fishing activities. This full-time role involves overseeing mobilization schedules, equipment logistics, permit acquisition, and performance reporting. The coordinator will ensure technical teams are well-equipped, trained, and supported, while maintaining clear communication across management, warehouses, and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize mobilization and demobilization schedules for technical teams and equipment.
• Ensure Downhole Tools (DHT) and fishing tool requests are processed and provided to field teams on time.
• Continuously update daily work logs and equipment status (Ready, In-maintenance, On-site).
• Prepare all necessary permits and official documents for moving equipment between sites.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure trucks and cranes are available for tool loading and unloading.
• Assist the Operation Manager in preparing daily and weekly performance reports.
• Monitor levels of spare parts and consumables and notify procurement of any shortages.
• Ensure all field staff have the required training and security clearances before heading to the site.
• Act as a contact point during operational emergencies to facilitate rapid support to the field.
• Ensure all technical documents, such as calibration certificates, are updated and attached to the equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar operational coordination role.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in scheduling and ensuring the seamless flow of equipment and personnel to sites.
• Ability to act as a crucial link between management, warehouses, and field teams to ensure accurate task execution.
