Role Overview: As a Cost Accountant II, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, focusing on cost analysis and month-end processes, collaborating with various teams to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact profitability and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cost analysis and manage month-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with teams for accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage inventory controls and conduct reconciliations.
  • Oversee inter-company inventory transactions and streamline reporting.
  • Support ERP implementation and lead inventory audits.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in cost accounting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% of the time in the region.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Experience with ERP systems in multi-unit environments.
