Airswift is seeking a Secretary to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. This role is crucial for managing office operations and supporting management effectively.

Qualifications
- Secretarial Diploma

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external visitors.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute communications such as emails, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize company records and documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Assist in preparing and processing company documents and reports.
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed to support office operations.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a recognized organization.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Advanced keyboard and computer skills.
- Ability to prepare high-standard reports.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Technical Support & Documentation

  • Provide support during electrical outages and ensure uptime of critical systems.
  • Generate service reports and maintain documentation for all site visits and repairs.
  • Follow up with vendors or manufacturers for parts and warranty claims.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and PPE use.
  • Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and company standards.
  • Participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.
