Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Accounts Manager to oversee company's financial operations, manage accounting processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in financial management, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and strong leadership abilities to guide a team of accounting professionals.

Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
• Coordinating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations to senior management
• Overseeing budget preparation and monitoring financial performance
• Managing relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial partners
• Leading and mentoring a team of accounting staff members

The DC/AC UPS Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and associated electrical equipment. This includes both AC and DC systems used in industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure environments (*, data centers, telecom, hospitals).

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning

• Install, test, and commission DC and AC UPS systems according to manufacturer specs and client requirements.
• Ensure proper electrical connections, grounding, and battery bank configurations.

Preventive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on UPS systems, batteries, rectifiers, and inverters.
• Monitor battery health (voltage, capacity, impedance) and replace as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and checklists.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

• Diagnose faults in UPS units, bypass switches, chargers, and battery strings.
• Repair or replace failed components like IGBT modules, control boards, or fans.
• Use diagnostic tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and oscilloscopes.

Technical Support & Documentation

• Provide support during electrical outages and ensure uptime of critical systems.
• Generate service reports and maintain documentation for all site visits and repairs.
• Follow up with vendors or manufacturers for parts and warranty claims.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) and PPE use.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and company standards.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.

🧠 Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of DC/AC power systems, battery banks, inverters, and rectifiers.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and battery monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety codes and emergency backup power systems.

• Receive incoming shipments of goods, materials, and supplies, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders or packing slips.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled, shelved, and accessible.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel based on requisitions, work orders, or requests, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to reconcile inventory records with actual stock on hand.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, documenting any discrepancies and coordinating with suppliers or vendors for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage areas, following safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the disposal or recycling of obsolete or surplus inventory, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments or teams to fulfill material and supply requests in a timely manner, supporting operational needs.
• Utilize inventory management software or systems to track inventory movements, update records, and generate reports as required.

• Knowledge of inventory control principles and skills in managing stock levels, conducting audits, and implementing efficient storage practices.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately record inventory transactions, inspect incoming goods, and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to organize and maintain storage areas effectively, ensuring items are properly labeled, shelved, and accessible for easy retrieval.
• Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, facilitating the procurement and distribution of goods.
• Capacity to identify and resolve inventory-related issues, such as stockouts, overstocking, or damaged goods, to maintain optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
