Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and ensure proper storage of supplies
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
• Educate customers about coffee products, brewing methods, and menu items
• Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours
• Learn and implement new seasonal drink recipes and promotional items
