Key Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our team, the HR Officer will oversee a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities. You will join a passionate group focused on adding value to the business. Your success depends on being results-oriented and having strong customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day HR generalist activities while ensuring HR processes are adhered to.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure quality hires.
- Collaborate with Business Heads and Line Managers to monitor staff performance and execute development plans.
- Assist in succession planning and career development.
- Maintain, report, and analyze HR data efficiently.
- Champion employee engagement, female diversity initiatives, and Kuwaitization efforts.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a professional setting.
- Thorough understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Results-driven with strong process orientation.
- University degree, preferably in a business-related field.
