As an integral part of our team, the HR Officer will oversee a wide range of generalist HR responsibilities. You will join a passionate group focused on adding value to the business. Your success depends on being results-oriented and having strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day HR generalist activities while ensuring HR processes are adhered to.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure quality hires.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads and Line Managers to monitor staff performance and execute development plans.
  • Assist in succession planning and career development.
  • Maintain, report, and analyze HR data efficiently.
  • Champion employee engagement, female diversity initiatives, and Kuwaitization efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a professional setting.
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Results-driven with strong process orientation.
  • University degree, preferably in a business-related field.

  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous coaching within the department.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management; Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • A minimum of 810 years of relevant experience, including 45 years in warehousing and supply chain, ideally within the retail industry.
