At PepsiCo, we continuously strive to maximize sales volume and ensure high levels of customer service. As a Route Salesman, your primary role will be:
  • Maximizing sales volume and achieving distribution targets.
  • Ensuring implementation of merchandising standards.
  • Collecting accounts receivable while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against targets.
  • Provide approved service to customers based on call frequency and daily route plans.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks ensuring the sales vehicle's cleanliness and roadworthiness.
  • Maintain individual customer stock levels to prevent out of stock situations.
  • Implement agreed in-store merchandising.
  • Communicate relevant market information to your supervisor for ongoing development.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of all sales transactions, ensuring zero cash and stock shortages.

Qualifications:
  • Skills in customer service with good communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Develop talent within the team through guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous coaching within the department.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management; Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • A minimum of 810 years of relevant experience, including 45 years in warehousing and supply chain, ideally within the retail industry.
