IT Director Digital Solutions & Transformation (Compounds Hospitality)

About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking an IT Director – Digital Solutions & Transformation to lead digital initiatives within the compounds and hospitality sectors. This full-time role focuses on driving technological advancement and ensuring robust IT infrastructure to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the IT roadmap, aligning digital investments with business priorities and organizational readiness.
• Build secure, reliable, and scalable modern networks, cloud/hybrid architecture, and robust disaster recovery/business continuity systems.
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate core applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, CAFM/CMMS, and BMS into a unified environment.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, policies, access controls, incident response plans, and ensure compliance with KSA Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
• Establish reliable data governance, executive dashboards, and analytics models to enable data-driven decision-making and business automation.
• Collaborate with Operations to integrate IoT sensors, BMS, and CAFM systems for predictive, data-driven asset management.
• Partner with Resident Experience teams to launch resident applications, online service portals, digital payments, and smart access systems.
• Oversee IT CAPEX/OPEX budgets, maximize ROI, manage vendor SLAs, and establish pragmatic IT governance and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on digital solutions and transformation.
• Demonstrated experience within the compounds and hospitality sectors is essential.
