Al-Rashed Group is seeking an IT Manager to oversee technology operations and align them with business goals. This full-time position is based in Dammam and requires a professional with extensive experience in IT management, particularly within the trading and distribution sector.

Role Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading the IT team, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the reliability and security of all systems and data. This role is critical in supporting the company's business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency through effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's business objectives and trading operations.
• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
• Manage IT budgets, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to enhance trading capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts to minimize risks and ensure system availability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (*, ITIL, PMP) is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the trading sector.
• Strong knowledge of trading systems, platforms, and technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and managing complex IT projects.
