Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine the company's needs for materials and supplies
• Search for suitable suppliers
• Monitor inventory
• Prepare periodic reports
• Adhere to financial policies and procedures related to purchasing

• Handle shipping & receiving tasks while ensuring accuracy.
• Pack and unpack items while operating pallet jacks safely.
• Manage inventory control and maintain organization within the warehouse.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.

• Proven experience in Shipping & Receiving, Packing, and Inventory Control.
• Physical strength with the ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and warehouse logistics.
• 7 to 14 years of relevant experience.

• Oversee pre-opening activities and coordinate with project, fit-out, and construction teams.
• Monitor tenant fit-outs and ensure compliance with mall guidelines.
• Manage timely unit handovers and snag list resolution.
• Lead all day-to-day mall operations: security, cleaning, maintenance, parking.
• Ensure HSE compliance and high operational standards.
• Act as key liaison between developer and retail tenants.
• Support leasing and marketing to drive occupancy and footfall.
• Manage operational budgets and cost efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.
• 710 years’ experience in mall operations or retail property management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior KSA or regional experience preferred.
