Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to gather, analyze, and disseminate critical market insights. This includes information on air navigation systems technology, competitor intelligence, and broader industry trends, all aimed at enhancing R&D initiatives. The role also involves managing a centralized knowledge platform to ensure relevant data is accessible to stakeholders and supporting innovation by identifying opportunities and addressing gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market insights related to air navigation systems technology.
• Collect and disseminate competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on industry trends to support R&D initiatives.
• Manage a centralized knowledge platform to ensure data accessibility for stakeholders.
• Identify innovation opportunities and address existing gaps within R&D.
• Drive continuous improvement in alignment with set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
