About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry and uniform operations. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and involves leading a team to ensure the consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms, contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations, including leading, training, and overseeing team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms.
  • Manage uniform distribution, which includes overseeing the ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms.
  • Oversee linen processing tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens, while ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor quality and efficiency by tracking linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports. This includes ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed.
  • Optimize productivity by assigning machinery, equipment, and work areas, and maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics.

Qualifications and Experience
