Night Auditor

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team in Medina. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial figures, postings, and documents, managing computerized financial information, and controlling cash and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of figures, postings, and financial documents.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for the property, adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables, and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies, report accidents or unsafe conditions, and maintain awareness of undesirable persons on premises.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets and guest/coworker privacy.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Experience: No related work experience is required for this position.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None specified.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, where the Night Auditor will contribute to maintaining financial integrity and guest satisfaction within the hotel operations.
