Operations Duty Manager

About the Role

Tibah Airports Operation Co. is seeking an Operations Duty Manager for a full-time position. This role involves managing and overseeing daily airport operations across airside, landside, and terminal areas during assigned shifts. The Operations Duty Manager acts as the senior-most on-duty authority and escalation point for incidents, irregularities, or emergencies, ensuring safety, security, operational continuity, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate terminal, landside, and airside operations during the shift.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and service standards.
• Act as the senior on-duty contact point for all airport stakeholders.
• Respond to operational disruptions, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Conduct routine inspections of terminal areas, ramp, apron, and landside to identify issues or hazards.
• Coordinate resources and operational adjustments in case of flight delays, diversions, or cancellations.
• Monitor airport systems.
• Lead and document shift handovers, including key operational issues and decisions made.
• Maintain and submit detailed shift reports to senior management.
• Support and implement the airport’s safety and security management systems.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in airport operations management.
