About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Saudi National Order Taker to join our team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional guest service within a dining environment, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Order Taker is responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression on guests through attentive service and effective communication. This position involves taking initiative to deliver a range of services that enhance the overall dining experience, extending beyond basic food and beverage delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
• Interact with and serve guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensure transactions are handled smoothly as part of the guest experience.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards for service and presentation.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visually verifying details.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the hospitality sector, based in the Red Sea region. The role involves direct interaction with guests and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
