Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests with a friendly attitude, seeking opportunities to enhance their meal experience.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer inquiries.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the point-of-sale system, and ensure prompt delivery of completed orders.
• Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member well-being.
