Leveraging proprietary technology and a software-defined vehicle architecture, Lucid's vehicles embody a "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global market. This commitment extends to refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, or design and engineering. The company achieves this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production managed in-house across its global operations, united by a shared commitment to excellence.
The Role of QMS & GRC Engineer
Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a QMS & GRC Engineer to join its team in Saudi Arabia. The QMS & GRC Engineer will collaborate closely with process owners and cross-functional teams to evaluate process performance, identify improvement opportunities, verify corrective actions, support certification activities, and strengthen organizational compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, automotive best practices, and Lucid's internal standards.

- Verify root cause analysis, corrective actions, and the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Monitor audit action plans and escalate overdue or ineffective actions as required.
- Support risk assessment activities by evaluating process controls, risks, opportunities, and mitigation measures.
- Conduct gap assessments against ISO 9001 requirements, Lucid standards, and applicable automotive requirements.
- Support the preparation and execution of external certification audits, surveillance audits, customer audits, and compliance assessments.
- Review Quality Management System documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Records, to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of document control, records management, and change management processes.
- Develop audit reports, compliance dashboards, and performance metrics to communicate audit results and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze audit trends and recurring findings to identify systemic risks and drive continual improvement initiatives.
- Support Management Review activities through audit performance reporting and compliance analysis.
- Maintain audit records and evidence in accordance with QMS requirements.
