We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through effective team development and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve sales performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and handle escalated customer issues
• Create and execute sales plans, promotions, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback to improve sales techniques
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
