Sales Team Lead JIS

About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Sales Team Leader – Centrifugal Pumps to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets for centrifugal pump products and other mechanical products within an assigned territory. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for expanding market share, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors.
• Manage key accounts, including EPC contractors and end users.
• Lead tendering activities, including RFQs, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiations.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and forecast monthly/quarterly performance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Allocate territories and accounts effectively.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Ensure alignment with company strategy and compliance policies.
• Support the team in pump selection, application analysis, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with principals/OEMs for product support and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation, costing, and pricing strategy.
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and project pipelines.
• Identify upcoming projects with entities such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, and SWCC.
• Develop customer penetration strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote long-term service contracts and after-market opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in Centrifugal pump and Aftermarket sales.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of API pumps, centrifugal pumps, and process pump applications.
• Valid driving license.
