- Translate operational requirements and customer needs into practical process designs, standardized working methods, procedures, and work instructions.
- Conduct workflow analysis, time studies, capacity assessments, and root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, waste, and process constraints.
- Identify, develop, and implement site-level process improvements, and support the deployment of wider logistics concepts from the Supply Chain & Logistics function.

- Translate operational issues and improvement requirements into clear business and functional requirements for BY-WMS, TMS, and related logistics systems.

- Support investigation and resolution of process or system disruptions in coordination with operations, inventory control, and IT.
- Monitor improvement benefits against approved baselines and targets, including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, lead time, and service performance.
- Analyze and report process deviations, root causes, corrective actions, implementation progress, and benefits achieved against approved targets.
- Present findings, recommended actions, and implementation results to site management and relevant operational stakeholders.
Project Leadership
- Lead assigned site-level process-improvement projects from problem definition through design, pilot, implementation, stabilization, and formal handover to operations.
- Define project scope, objectives, baseline, milestones, action owners, risks, expected benefits, and implementation requirements.
- Coordinate improvement activities across inbound, outbound, inventory, quality, logistics, IT, and other relevant functions.
- Develop implementation and change plans for new or modified processes.
Training and Documentation
- Develop and deliver process training, operational instructions, and refresher training for new and existing employees affected by process changes.
- Establish process controls, audit criteria, and performance measures before handover.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm adoption, performance, and sustainability.
- Correct implementation gaps and ensure procedures and work instructions remain current.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices to increase productivity, operational control, and efficiency.
- Implement relevant Supply Chain & Logistics policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Ensure process changes and documentation remain aligned with applicable safety, quality, and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in SCM process engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to design, optimize, and implement warehouse and logistics processes.
