Role Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Security Cloud Solution Architecture Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects dedicated to enhancing customer cybersecurity postures and accelerating the adoption of Microsoft Security, Cloud, and AI solutions.

Strategic Context

This role integrates critical aspects of customer engagement, technical leadership, business growth, and people management. The Manager will partner directly with customer executives to drive security transformation initiatives, deliver significant business value, and cultivate a high-performing team that supports customers in achieving their security and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Partner with customer executives to shape security strategies, modernization initiatives, and long-term technology investments.
• Drive the adoption and business value from Microsoft Security, Cloud, and AI solutions, helping customers reduce risk and improve cyber resilience.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor on cybersecurity, compliance, and emerging technologies.
• Lead complex customer engagements and collaborate across Microsoft teams to deliver successful customer outcomes and operational excellence.

Leadership and Team Development

A core aspect of this role is the leadership and development of a specialized team. The Manager is responsible for cultivating an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence among Security Cloud Solution Architects, ensuring the team is equipped to meet customer needs effectively and drive successful outcomes.
