We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning to join our team. This full-time position is crucial for developing and implementing strategic infrastructure planning initiatives that support our ambitious projects.

Role Purpose and Impact

In this pivotal leadership role, the Senior Manager will guide the infrastructure planning process, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with Qiddiya’s overarching vision. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the successful execution of our large-scale developments, contributing directly to the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic infrastructure planning initiatives, integrating them into Qiddiya’s broader development framework.
• Conduct detailed analyses of current infrastructure systems and identify enhancement opportunities to support project goals.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and design teams for cohesive planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, fostering strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and community partners.
• Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor infrastructure planning progress, providing timely updates and recommendations for improvements to senior management.
• Encourage and mentor team members, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional development.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure planning. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes.
