About Tamm and the Senior UI/UX Designer Role

Tamm operates as an all-in-one platform facilitating online sales across Saudi Arabia, providing sellers with essential tools including storefronts, payment processing, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, and delivery services. The company also runs its own print-on-demand factory in Dammam, enabling individuals to launch brands without initial inventory or capital. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, remote position for a designer with 5-10 years of experience.

Role Scope and Impact

The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual and interactive experience of the Tamm platform. This position involves designing across a broad creative canvas, including the seller dashboard, various storefronts, the store builder, and new product surfaces. The primary objective is to create interfaces that are visually appealing, original, and genuinely user-friendly, thereby setting a high standard for visual and interaction design across the entire product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design across the full product spectrum, from the seller dashboard to the store builder.
• Establish and elevate a distinctive visual and interaction design standard, with careful attention to motion and detail.
• Develop and maintain the design system to ensure consistent quality as the product scales.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to rapidly ship designs to real sellers.

Required Qualifications

• A top-tier portfolio demonstrating range, taste, and craft in design.
• Obsessive attention to detail, noticing subtle inconsistencies in design elements.
• Mastery of interaction and visual design principles, coupled with systems thinking for coherent design solutions.
• Fluent Arabic language skills and a strong understanding of Arabic and Right-to-Left (RTL) design, as the product is Arabic-first.
• Demonstrated creativity and a desire for autonomy in design execution.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Ability to prototype or build in code (*, React, Tailwind).
• Experience in motion design.
• Prior experience with e-commerce or creator-focused products.
