Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Medina. This full-time role focuses on implementing the showroom sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide high-standard service, and address their needs from product introduction to selection and quantity identification.
• Offer guidance on color coordination and product suitability.
• Process orders, invoicing, and product deliveries accurately.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer support, including product handovers.
• Supervise showroom operations and inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate showroom personnel activities (assistants, laborers, drivers) for efficient operations.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Ensure availability of marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, and product catalogs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the approved sales plan.
• Process online customer orders and update the e-commerce platform to reflect product requests and inventory levels.
• Ensure adequate stock availability across all product categories, especially fast-moving items, and apply stock replenishment procedures from warehouses based on established minimum and maximum levels.
• Comply with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle to minimize slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Report missing or unavailable products at the central warehouse and any showroom damage, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance requirements to the direct manager/supervisor.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile physical balances, and report shortages, damage, or loss.
• Complete daily closing processes accurately and on time, including handling and recording customer advance payments.
• Execute assigned marketing programs, including product campaigns and field visits to residential development areas.
• Ensure all showroom employees comply with approved uniform and dress code requirements.
• Promote and sell all company product ranges to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ensure the availability and proper condition of safety equipment and report non-compliance, including valid Civil Defense and municipal licenses, fire extinguishers, and roadworthiness of company vehicles.
• Implement and comply with the company's terms and conditions for the Ashanak program.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and established guidelines, and execute activities using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
