About the Role

Edition is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role is essential for supporting various spa functions and contributing to a memorable guest experience beyond standard spa services. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail sales to guests.
• Taking reservations and confirming appointments accurately.
• Answering guest questions regarding available services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensuring all guest transactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It involves moving on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The Spa Service Expert will manage reservation software, which includes reading and visually verifying information. Physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance and 25 pounds (* kg) with assistance. Reaching objects overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also part of the role.
