Static Supervisor

About the Role

كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Static Supervisor to join its team. This full-time role is within KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), which provides comprehensive solutions across the asset life cycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, energy transition solutions, and design capabilities. The Static Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the execution of installation and maintenance works in compliance with established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from the Supervisor.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for tasks, including operating heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform all installation and maintenance works in accordance with SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including hydro and pneumatic tests.
• Obtain required work permits before commencing any work.
• Consult with the Supervisor for any technical issues encountered.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained during and after job completion.
• Achieve job completion to the required quality and schedule standards.

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Attend Toolbox talks before starting work.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in addition to mandatory PPE.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required for this position.
