Role Overview

Red Sea Global is seeking a Supervisor - Warehouse for a full-time position. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating supplier shipments, controlling stock, and distributing materials and equipment across all operational locations. This role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Organize and manage warehouse storage to ensure efficient utilization of space.
• Coordinate with brand managers regarding stock planning and inventory control.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Arrange deliveries and transfers of materials to all operational locations.
• Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Support procurement and operations teams with inventory information.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Ability to follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Capable of assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Physically capable of handling warehouse activities, including occasional lifting, movement, and inspection of materials and equipment.
