Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating supplier shipments, controlling stock, and distributing materials and equipment across all operational locations. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Organize and manage warehouse storage for efficient space utilization.
• Coordinate with brand managers on stock planning and inventory control.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Arrange deliveries and transfers of materials to all operational locations.
• Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
• Support procurement and operations teams with inventory information.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.

Policies, Systems, and Procedures

The Supervisor will adhere to all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work execution. This includes assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

Safety, Quality, and Environment

The role requires applying safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls. This ensures employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental approach.

Continuous Improvement

The Supervisor will contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the department's systems, processes, and practices. This includes considering international best practices, enhancing business processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
