Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Elemental EMEA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facilities in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing inventory and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of logistics processes. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and offers a salary range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for leading supply chain operations, implementing improvements, and applying best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs. This position is central to fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to safety protocols while managing a team to achieve operational goals.
• Implement inventory management systems and processes to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve order fulfillment accuracy using advanced software tools.
• Coordinate and supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations and negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare and analyze performance metrics to assess the efficiency of warehouse operations and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, safety regulations, and operational procedures to foster a high-performing team.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the warehouse operates within financial constraints while meeting operational demands.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in warehouse processes, leveraging technology and employee feedback to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and logistics processes.
• Experience with implementing and optimizing inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff training.
