This full-time Warehouse Supervisor position is based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Role Purpose and Organizational Structure

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and maintaining equipment to support various departments including Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality and Food Safety, FGPM, and Freight. This role serves as a key coordination point between all departments and Distribution Centers (DCs). The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates with peers such as the AGRO Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Planning Supervisor, EHS Supervisor, Quality & Food Safety Supervisor, and Engineering Supervisor. Direct subordinates include Store Keepers and Dispatchers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with AGRO for daily potato consignment offloading plans.
• Circulate monthly IMPM reports to planning and finance for slow-moving material liquidation.
• Prepare weekly Ageing reports and follow up on online and quality-rejected materials with quality and planning departments.
• Ensure quarterly calibration of weighbridges and oil tanks.
• Upload Incident & Near Miss reports on MYEHS with effective action plans.
• Oversee daily internal transfer execution.
• Perform weekly PO Status reports to ensure coverage of required utilities.
• Track supplier invoices and payments for services provided.
• Review all SAP movements through weekly test scripts.
• Prepare monthly non-moving packaging materials reports in alignment with planning.
• Acknowledge and review daily documents processed by storekeepers.
• Ensure compliance with PIT procedures by FLT operators.
• Follow up with the fleet for FLT pre-maintenance.
• Review and submit monthly timesheets for contract laborers to HR.
• Implement SWP for all workflows.
• Monitor safety and forklift yearly training schedules for the crew to comply with the training matrix.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates and delivery of daily and monthly reports, including KPI, Weekly Quality Hold, and Month-End Closing.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Follow up on shift activities to ensure inbound and outbound flow adheres to procedures and company policies.
• Provide orientation for new SKUs to the warehouse crew.
• Track daily KPIs to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Inspect equipment usage, ensure checklist adherence, and align with the Engineering team for breakdown issues.
• Prepare weekly plans and assign responsibilities/resources to meet production and sales requirements.
• Comply with all audit requirements, including COSO test effectiveness.
• Track all Quality Hold materials and communicate with the Quality team for process effectiveness.
• Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks and investigate root causes for any variances.
• Maintain Food Safety standards through document review and daily team alignment meetings.
• Review SIT monthly and communicate to relevant plants.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to allocate daily tasks and provide updates.
• Execute important tasks delivered by management within specified timeframes.
• Comply with AIB standards by following daily warehouse cleaning and documentation review.
• Participate in allocated projects for warehouse development to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Execute and follow up on all write-offs for disposal.
• Follow up daily on all pending tasks for offloading.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Team for equipment services and yearly PM maintenance.
• Follow up on mock recall timelines from receiving to issuance to production to ensure effectiveness.

Decision-Making Authority

The Warehouse Supervisor has decision-making authority regarding the week-end schedule and work priorities within the warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two to five years of experience in a supply chain role, with a preference for cross-functional experience in warehouse operations.
• Additional experience in a food manufacturing organization is advantageous, enabling the application of solutions across the entire supply chain.
• Ability to learn and understand the business vision and consistently follow it.
