Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Binzagr Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the warehouse, managing stock, equipment, and personnel to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Align all involved teams in cargo receiving and establish a unified plan.
• Maintain records of all trucks and trailers offloaded in the warehouse.
• Update Goods Return Note (GRN) serial numbers in the system daily.
• Report damaged stocks to the Operation Manager for insurance purposes.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of stocks based on invoices.
• Arrange tyre deliveries using owned and hired transport as per business needs.
• Organize available stock by SKU and DOT (Department of Transportation) basis and report to Head Office.
• Maintain complete records of invoices and all relevant delivery documents.
• Maintain full records of POD Invoices and return them to accounts.
• Report to the Operation Manager and BU7 Head Office Team on the working conditions of warehouse vehicles and other equipment.
• Maintain full attendance records of warehouse staff, including overtime hours.
• Take responsibility for the entire warehouse stock, equipment, and facility, ensuring optimal operational state.
• Ensure the availability of required laborers and drivers for tasks, reporting any absences to the next Line Manager and seeking support for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and update stock status reports in the system.
• Coordinate tasks with Storekeepers/Stock Executives, forklift operators, and other warehouse personnel.
• Manage and ensure the team is updated and guided on any system or process changes to help achieve individual and departmental goals.
• Manage and maintain the warehouse and its operations in compliance with company policy and government laws.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on the daily operations and management of the warehouse facility and its staff.
