Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee comprehensive warehouse operations in Medina. This full-time role involves supervising personnel and ensuring efficient, safe storage of products, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and fostering the development of the warehousing team.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and optimize all aspects of warehouse activities. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity and adherence to established warehousing and logistics standards, while also developing strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant Warehousing & Logistics instructions to ensure controlled and consistent operations.
• Manage daily operations related to warehousing and logistics to maintain work continuity.
• Negotiate contracts and cultivate strong business relationships with essential logistics partners.
• Monitor logistics flows to ensure the application of efficient transportation procedures and methods.
• Liaise with external suppliers, procurement, warehouses, and stock users to understand and forecast material usage patterns.
• Control the movement of materials between various locations to optimize service levels and minimize corporate stock holding and costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise personnel and manage warehouse activities effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Medina, focusing on the supervision of warehouse operations within Dallah Albaraka.
