Supply Chain Data Management Manager

About the Role

SRG is seeking a Supply Chain Data Management Manager to oversee the quality, governance, and reporting of supply chain data across the entire SRG Holding Group. This full-time role is essential for ensuring master data accuracy, standardization, and consistency across all subsidiaries, which directly supports reliable procurement, inventory, and logistics decisions. The manager will also be responsible for providing actionable insights to drive cost savings and supplier rationalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain master data management for the Group, covering material/item, vendor, catalog, and pricing data.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, naming conventions, and approval workflows.
• Standardize item and vendor data structures across subsidiaries to enable Group-wide visibility and consolidated spend analysis.
• Monitor data quality through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication, and initiate corrective actions with data owners.
• Collaborate with IT and ERP teams on system configuration, data migration, integrations, and enhancements related to supply chain modules.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on spend, inventory, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
• Provide data insights to support sourcing strategy, cost savings, and supplier rationalization initiatives.
• Manage master data requests from subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the data management team.
• Train end users across the Group on data standards and system usage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, with significant exposure to master data management or supply chain analytics.
• Proven track record in establishing data governance frameworks and improving data quality.
• Experience with ERP systems (*, SAP, Oracle) and data migration projects.
