Training and Quality Manager (Saudi only)

About the Role

Kempinski Hotel is seeking a Training and Quality Manager (Saudi only) to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, ensuring quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement based on guest feedback and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis, plan annual training programs, and deliver training sessions.
• Ensure quality assurance, conduct service audits, and monitor compliance with brand standards.
• Analyze guest feedback, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication, utilize presentation skills, and oversee budget management for training activities.

Specific Duties

• Develop and implement the annual training plan, aligning it with operational needs, audit findings, and guest feedback.
• Deliver orientation, service culture, and skills training; coach departmental trainers; and maintain comprehensive training records.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and brand assessments, monitor service standards, and report findings to management.
• Analyze guest satisfaction results and recurring complaints, agree on corrective actions with department heads, and track their completion.
• Lead quality improvement meetings and verify that implemented corrective actions enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor training participation, evaluate learning outcomes, and track quality indicators; provide regular reports and manage the training budget.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Kempinski Hotel team, focused on maintaining and enhancing service quality and staff development.
