Valet Attendant

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Valet Attendant to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with guest arrivals and departures, and managing laundry and dry cleaning services. The role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with unloading items safely.
• Deliver laundry and clothing to guestrooms.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service.
• Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of laundry and dry cleaning.
• Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange pick-up for delivery upon completion.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others, and prepare written documents accurately.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, grasping, turning, manipulating objects, and lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or * equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic hospitality environment, requiring consistent interaction with guests and team members. The position demands attention to detail and adherence to established service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Physical Demands

The Valet Attendant position involves physical activity including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Candidates must be able to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects, as well as move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds. The role also requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time.
