In this critical role, you will develop and implement effective cost control strategies that support financial management and enhance profitability. Your expertise will involve monitoring financial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust cost control strategies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to discover cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers and department heads to maintain budget control.
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
- Conduct audits of financial records and procedures.
- Train and mentor cost control staff in effective processes.
- Collaborate with teams to drive cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in cost control in national/international projects.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and project cost management.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
