Production Supervisor for our Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role will be vital in advancing our company culture and ensuring smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 7-8 operators in a safe and efficient manner.
- Develop high-performing teams through personalized development plans and meaningful coaching.
- Drive safety excellence by promoting accountability and providing safety training.
- Monitor product quality to maximize efficiency and guide team members accordingly.
- Complete data entry responsibilities and generate reports.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage individual performance development cycles.
- Meet or exceed KPI goals and implement process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
What Will Put You Ahead:- Experience in glass production (Semiconductor, Automotive, Coating line).
