Job PurposeThe Sales Engineer – HVAC will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting HVAC products such as coils, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and related systems. A strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems along with proven sales experience is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new sales leads and develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
- Promote and sell HVAC products including Coils, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, and Chillers.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial offers, quotations, and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production team for technical clarifications.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure smooth order execution until delivery.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market prices.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC product sales (preferably coils / heat exchangers / AHU components).
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, coil selection, and HVAC load concepts.
- Experience working with consultants and contractors in KSA is preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
