The Role: Senior Reporting Manager (Assets)

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager (Assets) to join its team in Riyadh or Abha. This part-time position is integral to a large-scale development that aims to create a world-class destination, encompassing residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public realm components. The role involves working within an integrated, multidisciplinary team to support the region’s future vision and growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools and forms for collecting programme status from stakeholders.
  • Manage the production, validation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Establish and oversee timelines for report submissions and reviews.
  • Consolidate, review, and issue dashboards, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
  • Define dashboard requirements and ensure delivery aligns with user needs.
  • Implement consistent reporting procedures and conduct quality reviews.
  • Utilize SharePoint, PowerBI, PMIS, and data modelling to ensure traceable and reliable insights.
  • Support cost, schedule, change, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Facilitate reviews, ensure transparent reporting, and respond professionally to inquiries.
  • Identify process enhancements and stay updated on best practices and tools in reporting.
  • Collaborate towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification, with ongoing progression toward chartership with a recognised professional body and continuous professional development.
  • Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership experience on complex projects.
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, including delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practices.
  • Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
  • Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.

Skills and Attributes

  • Advanced competence in using Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and Primavera 6.
  • Proficiency in designing, building, and deploying Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, including reporting tools.
  • Effective communication skills with strong analytical capability.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
