About the Role

Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN) is seeking a Payroll and Compensation Specialist to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the accurate and efficient management of payroll and compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy before disbursement.
• Calculate allowances, deductions, overtime, and assignments.
• Update employee data related to salaries and benefits.
• Prepare final settlements and end-of-service entitlements.
• Monitor leaves and absences and their impact on payroll.
• Administer employee benefits programs and medical insurance.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of the salary scale.
• Conduct salary studies and analyze market data.
• Prepare periodic reports related to salaries and costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with the finance department regarding payroll disbursement.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to salaries and compensation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office tools and/or related software.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail.
