The Opportunity: Static Technician

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking Static Technicians at various levels (I, II, and III) to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time role involves performing essential installation, maintenance, and testing activities for oil and gas facilities, ensuring operational integrity and adherence to stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from the Supervisor and execute tasks accordingly.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for each job, including operating heavy-duty specialized tools sourced from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform all installation and maintenance works in strict compliance with SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including Hydro and Pneumatic tests.
• Obtain all required work permits prior to commencing any work.
• Maintain strict adherence to SATORP safety standards at all times.
• Consult with the Supervisor for resolution of any technical issues encountered.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained during and after job completion.
• Complete jobs to the required quality and schedule, aligning with company standards and requirements.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and procedures.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts promptly.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Possession of a Diploma qualification.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management specifically within Oil & Gas Facilities.
