About the Role

Microsoft is seeking an Account Technology Strategist for the Manufacturing sector. This full-time role involves acting as a trusted technology advisor to customers, aligning business priorities with Microsoft technology to drive digital transformation strategies. The position is based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al-Ahsa, and Al Jubail, among others.

Role Overview

The Account Technology Strategist will develop mid- to long-term technology roadmaps, engage senior decision-makers, and identify new opportunities. This role requires orchestrating teams and partners across Microsoft to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and achieve business outcomes. The mission at Microsoft is to empower individuals and organizations to achieve more, focusing on trusted and impactful solutions through a growth-mindset culture.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical decision-makers, serving as a strategic technology advisor.
Develop technology roadmaps that align Microsoft solutions with customer business priorities and transformation goals.
Identify and develop new opportunities across cloud, AI, security, and other strategic technologies.
Provide industry and competitive insights to help customers address challenges and achieve business outcomes.
Orchestrate Microsoft teams and partners to deliver appropriate solutions and drive adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with 6+ years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
A minimum of 6 years of experience within a relevant customer industry.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital transformation or in using technology to drive customer business outcomes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Microsoft, focusing on the Manufacturing sector in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working with diverse teams and partners to deliver technology solutions.
