Commissioning Machinery Supervisor (HVAC Commissioning)

About the Role

Tecnimont is seeking a Commissioning Machinery Supervisor with expertise in HVAC Commissioning to join their team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This contract position involves executing functional loop checks and interlock/sequence functionality checks, ensuring compliance with quality, health, environmental, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed commissioning procedures for machinery and packages, including functional test procedures.
• Prepare and check relevant commissioning punch lists.
• Supervise the closure of pending punch list items.
• Monitor and ensure that all activities are carried out in strict adherence to established procedures and requirements.
• Oversee the work of vendor specialists, ensuring their efficient utilization.
• Provide support to vendor specialists during job execution and coordinate their actions with other Commissioning supervisors.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all performed activities in the logbook.
• Produce and ensure proper signing of certificates by all involved parties, then hand them over to the certification engineer (QA/QC).

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in commissioning machinery, specifically within HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement detailed commissioning procedures.
• Experience in managing and closing punch list items.
• Proficiency in supervising vendor specialists and coordinating their activities.
