This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and is integral to our ongoing construction and industrial projects, focusing on the safe and efficient handling of materials and equipment.

The Role of Crane Operator

The Crane Operator will be responsible for operating various types of cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and precisely position materials and equipment across diverse construction and industrial sites. This role demands proven expertise in crane operation, strict adherence to all safety protocols, and effective communication with site personnel to ensure seamless workflow and prevent accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift, move, and accurately place materials according to project requirements and specifications.
• Perform comprehensive pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on crane equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety guidelines and operational procedures to prevent incidents and maintain a secure work environment.
• Coordinate effectively with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors during all lifting operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of crane operation activities and comprehensive maintenance records.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, defects, or potential hazards to the maintenance team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid crane operator certification or license; a Saudi License is preferred.
• Proven experience as a crane operator in construction, oil & gas, or other industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of crane operation safety standards, regulations, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work effectively at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Demonstrated good communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to adhering to all safety protocols.

Work Environment and Conditions

This full-time position is located in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, and requires working on active construction and industrial sites. Candidates must be prepared for physical demands, including working at heights and in diverse weather conditions, with a constant focus on operational safety.
