Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing)

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking a dedicated Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing) to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is integral to managing and overseeing all facility and housing operations within the camp, ensuring a high standard of maintenance and a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all residents and staff.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Facility Incharge is responsible for coordinating essential maintenance activities, managing housing allocations, and serving as a primary liaison with various service providers. This position ensures seamless day-to-day operations and upholds the quality of living and working conditions within the camp facilities and housing areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of camp facilities and housing units.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of facilities.
• Supervise housing allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the facility and housing areas.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and housing status.
• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities or housing.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facility and housing management.
• Preferably experienced in camp or oil & gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and housing management principles.
