About the Role

Expertise Industrial Services is seeking a General Manager – Legal to oversee all legal aspects of the company. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail and involves managing litigation, contract administration, and corporate governance. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation, including court cases, commercial disputes, claims, recoveries, settlements, and dispute strategy.
• Review and advise on high-value and high-risk contracts, such as service agreements, subcontracts, EPC/industrial contracts, rental agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, MOUs, amendments, and settlement agreements.
• Lead contract review frameworks, legal risk assessments, deviation sheets, contract negotiation support, and protect the Company’s commercial and legal position.
• Manage external counsel, review pleadings, case strategies, legal notices, court submissions, expert reports, and settlement recommendations.
• Prepare management-level litigation reports, dispute dashboards, legal exposure summaries, and case-wise action plans for the CEO, CFO, Board, and senior management.
• Support corporate governance, Board/committee matters, shareholder resolutions, corporate approvals, regulatory filings, and company secretarial coordination where required.
• Advise business divisions on legal, contractual, regulatory, operational, compliance, and reputational risks.
• Develop legal templates, standard terms and conditions, contract checklists, legal procedures, delegation controls, and legal documentation standards.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in legal oversight, contract management, and corporate governance within an industrial or similar environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within Expertise Industrial Services. The role involves managing complex legal matters and providing strategic advice to various business divisions.
