The Role: Recruitment Coordinator

Alfran is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization. The role is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post vacancies across various platforms.
• Source potential candidates through appropriate channels.
• Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified individuals.
• Schedule and provide support for interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Prepare and extend job offers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Manage all candidate communications.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and generate relevant reports.
• Support general HR documentation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
