Napco National is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the company's recruitment efforts and enhancing its employer brand within a dynamic organizational environment.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day recruitment activities across various business units. This position involves assisting with candidate sourcing and screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports and trackers.
• Provide recruitment support to various business units across the organization.
• Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national only.
• Eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
