Role Overview and Learning Opportunity

The Tamheer Talent Acquisition trainee will provide essential support across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, contributing to the efficient operation of the Talent Acquisition department. This role is specifically designed for individuals eager to learn and develop foundational skills in the HR field, working directly with experienced professionals and gaining valuable industry insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the posting of job vacancies across various platforms.
• Supporting the initial screening of candidate resumes to identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Maintaining and updating candidate records accurately within the recruitment system.

Qualifications and Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related major.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A proactive attitude and strong eagerness to learn and develop within the Human Resources and recruitment domain.
• Experience level: 0-1 years is required for this trainee position.
